Mini enlisted Oscar-winning director Joachim Back to make a short film to launch the Mini Convertible.
When you reach a crossroads, do you play it safe or take a risk? Faced with certain security or embracing the unknown, Jake wrestles with that challenge while cruising the sunny streets of Miami in his MINI Convertible. The nine-minute film tells the story of Jake, a record label owner who must decide whether to sell his business in a million-dollar deal or continue to pursue his music dreams.
