Amnesty International has campaigned against tyranny and state-sanctionned torture in more than 140 countries around the world. To raise awareness of this human rights abuse, we used yellow zip ties to “handcuff” world leader criticized of tyranny and torture to city fences - including the fence of Russian Consulate.
